We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so nice and helpful. We loved the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the bathroom, beds, and desks. The hotel is also located in a convenient location near restaurants, public transportation, and tourist attractions. Additionally, the free breakfast buffet with Starbucks coffee included was a great way to start our day!

I had a terrible experience with the reception. I arrived at night, and even though they said they had 24-hour reception and provided a phone number, it was impossible to contact them.

The free breakfast and helpful staff were great during my xmas stay. It was convenient to have grab-and-go breakfast items and the receptionists were friendly. The location was also a plus as it was close to attractions and transportation. The AC in the room worked well and maintained a comfortable temperature.
The room was cramped and uncomfortable. The bunk beds were squeaky and made it hard to sleep through the night.
